On the professional front, Pawan Kalyan will be next seen in Vakeel Saab, which is the official remake of Amitabh Bachchan starrer Pink. It also featured Taapsee Pannu, Kirti Kulhari, Angad Bedi and Vijay Verma in pivotal roles. Directed by Venu Sriram, the film is produced by Raju and Shirish and the camera of the film is handled by PS Vinod. While the Hindi and Tamil versions have worked phenomenally well at the box office. It will be interesting to see whether the Telugu version will repeat the magic or not. The reports suggest that Shruti Haasan has been approached to play Taapsee’s character in this courtroom drama. Though nothing has been officially announced.
