Tonight’s episode of Khatron Ke Khiladi: Made in India was all about the grand finale, with Aly Goni, Nia Sharma and Karan Wahi facing off against each other in one stunt, whereas Bharti Singh and Jasmin Bhasin squared off in the other to decide who would be the three going on to the grand-finale stunt. No prizes for guessing that all three tasks presented by Rohit Shetty lived up to the big occasion, and the grand finale was out of this world. So, who were the three who progressed to the finale and who lifted the first Made in India trophy of Khatron Ke Khiladi. In case you missed it, fret not because we’ve got all the latest updates right here. Read on…
‘Triple suspended beams and flag’ stunt

Host Rohit Shetty selects three contestants to individually climb as many suspended beams at highly elevated positions and grab a flag at the end of the last beam. Of course, each contestant is suspended to a harness, but the wobbly nature of the first and third beam and the slippery cylindrical structure of the second one, coupled with the extreme wind force at such height make this task fit for the grand finale. The three contestants chosen for this are Nia Sharma, Aly Goni and Karan Wahi in that order, with Nia completing it, without any penalty, in 9 minutes and 38 seconds while Karan was the next best, which meant that Aly Goni got eliminated.
‘Mousetrap and cheese cube’ stunt
The two remaining participants, Bharti Singh and Jasmin Bhasin have to guide each other while one remains blindfolded to pick chese cubes out of mousetraps and place them in glass containers. However, they not only need to brave the sting of the mouse traps, but also lift only white cubes and not the red ones as the latter would be counted against the other’s name. So, they need to depend on each other despite both wanting to reach the grand-finale stunt. Jasmin picks five white and two red cubes while Bharti picks three of each. In other words, both broke each other’s trust, but Jasmin was willing to do it more and push herself into the final task.

The last stunt could be devised by Rohit Shetty and Rohit Shetty alone. One contestant at a time is strapped upright to a jeep that Rohit droves, from which they have to jump off when he brings it tona halt, rush into another car, drive it through two glass panes, get out, climb to the top of a long beam after she/he gets harnessed to cable, grab a key, jump off a wobbly platform onto another suspended car high up, crawl in through the front window, unlock a box that sets off a ticking bomb (yup, you read that right), then climb onto the bonet of the same car and jump off before it explodes. Jasmin Bhasin took the most time, completing it in 2 minutes and 50 seconds while Karan Wahi and Nia Sharma did it in 2 minutes, 22 seconds and 2 minutes, 08 seconds each.
Nia Sharma wins the wins the first ever, limited edition of Khatron Ke Khiladi: Made in India.
