Kareena Kapoor Khan reveals how her ‘naughty and rebellious’ streak made mom Babita pack her off to a boarding school in Dehradun

Kareena Kapoor Khan who is expecting her second child is known to be a candid person. In an interview with Barkha Dutt, she spoke about how mom Babita decided to send her to a boarding school in Dehradun. This was after she became a little ‘too naughty and rebellious’. It seems she broke some rules to meet a guy she had a crush on, which left mom Babita with no alternative than the hostel route. It seems she had a huge crush on a guy when she was in her early teens. She would want to meet him but her mom disapproved. Finally, one day, she broke the lock of her mom’s room, rang him up, made plans and left the house. She told Barkha Dutt, “I was around 14-15 and I really liked this boy. Kareena further said, “I obviously wanted to go out with my friends and meet this particular guy. Mum had gone out for dinner. I managed to break the lock like an actual locksmith, with a knife, go into the room, take the phone, make plans and run away from the house. It was that bad.” The actress got married to Saif Ali Khan in 2012. The couple’s son Taimur will turn four soon. Kareena Kapoor Khan is very proud to be a working mother. She is now shooting for her chat show that touches upon a range of topics for the contemporary Indian woman. The show invites celeb guests every week. She has Laal Singh Chaddha lined up for release in 2021. It has Aamir Khan in the title role. The movie is being directed by Advait Chandan. It is the official remake of Tom Hanks’ Forrest Gump.
