Allu Arjun Ala Vaikunthapurramloo
The Telugu star delivered a blockbuster at the start of the year with Ala Vaikunthapurramloo. In the film, he played the role of Bantu who spends his life as a middle-class man due to the decision of Valmiki (Murli Sharma). From his coat dance in Ramulo Ramula to Butta Bomma, the film showcased the star power of Allu Arjun to the fullest. It was the perfect family entertainer. Even David Warner is a crazy fan of Allu Arjun’s moves as we have seen from his TikTok videos. It was directed by Trivikram Srinivas.
Mahesh Babu Sarileru Neekevvaru
In the film, Mahesh Babu played the role of an Army major. His chemistry with Rashmika Mandanna was also extremely appreciated. While critics gave mixed reviews to the film, no one could deny that Mahesh Babu had done a fabulous job. The movie was made by Anil Ravipudi.
Shylock made by Ajay Vasudev was panned by the critics. However, everyone loved the brilliant acting of Mammootty. It was not the best written of roles but he carried it off with his mass style and unbeatable swag. He played the role of a loan shark in the movie.

Udhayanidhi Stalin Psycho
Udhayanidhi Stalin left everyone impressed with his performance as a visually challenged man in Mysskin’s Psycho. In the film, he has to track down a serial killer who has kidnapped the love of his life, Dakini played by Aditi Rao Hydari.
Tovino Thomas Forensic
The Malayalam actor, who is known for his negative roles, played a forensic expert, Samuel John Kattukaran in the film. Forensic was appreciated for the manner in which it showed us how investigators work in the field. People liked the fresh perspective of the movie, but found it a bit gory. The work of the actor was much appreciated.
Vijay Sethupathi set a very high benchmark with his fab performance in ’96. So, there were a lot of expectations from Sharwanand. The young actor delivered a knockout performance that left the critics raving.
